These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and kp888 ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of all services, products and features available at kp888 (the "Platform"), accessible at kp888.cam.

kp888 is an online gaming and sports betting platform designed to serve players in Pakistan and other jurisdictions where access to such platforms is not legally prohibited. The Platform offers services including but not limited to sports betting (including cricket, PSL T20, ICC tournaments, football and UFC), live casino, video slots, instant games, table games and esports wagering.

By accessing the Platform, creating an account or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

In these Terms, the following expressions shall have the meanings set out below unless the context otherwise requires:

To register for and use the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your use:

• You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required under the laws of the jurisdiction in which you reside or the operator's applicable license conditions, whichever is greater.
• You must be legally permitted to access online gambling services under the laws of your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to verify this prior to registration.
• You must not be a person who has previously been excluded, banned or suspended from the Platform or any associated platform operated under the same brand.
• You must be registering in your own name, with accurate personal information, and for your own personal entertainment purposes only.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person, acting as an agent, or using the Platform for commercial purposes.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is specifically prohibited or where kp888 has determined it cannot lawfully offer services.

kp888 reserves the right to refuse registration or close any Account at its sole discretion if eligibility requirements are not met or if there is a reasonable basis to suspect that a User does not meet them.

4.1 Single Account Policy. Each User is permitted to hold only one Account on the Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different identities — is a breach of these Terms and may result in the permanent closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

4.2 Accurate Information. You are required to provide complete, accurate and truthful information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address and any other details requested. You must update your Account information promptly if any details change.

4.3 KYC Verification. Prior to processing any withdrawal, and at any other time we deem necessary for compliance purposes, kp888 may require you to submit identity verification documents. Acceptable documents may include, but are not limited to, a government-issued national identity card (CNIC), passport, or equivalent. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by our team may result in suspension of withdrawal rights.

4.4 Account Security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. kp888 is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security over your credentials. You should notify support immediately if you suspect your Account has been compromised.

4.5 Account Closure by User. You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Where self-exclusion is the reason for closure, the provisions of our Responsible Gambling Policy shall apply.

5.1 Accepted Methods. The Platform supports various payment methods that are familiar to Pakistani users. These may include, at the time of transaction, methods commonly used in Pakistan such as local bank transfers, mobile wallet services and other electronic payment options. Payment method availability is subject to change and may vary depending on your Account status and jurisdiction. The listing of any payment method name (including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank or Bank Alfalah) does not imply endorsement, formal partnership or guaranteed availability — please confirm available options at checkout.

5.2 Currency. All Account balances, deposits and withdrawals are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) or the equivalent currency as displayed. Currency conversion rates, where applicable, are set at our discretion and are non-negotiable.

5.3 Deposit Minimums & Limits. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are set by the Platform and may be updated periodically. Current limits are displayed within your Account dashboard at the time of deposit. Deposits using Bonus Funds are not permitted — only Real Money Funds are eligible for deposit transactions.

5.4 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• The Account must have passed KYC verification before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the Account holder.
• Any applicable wagering requirements attached to Bonus Funds must be satisfied before Bonus Funds can be withdrawn.
• Processing times vary by payment method and are not guaranteed. Standard processing times are typically displayed within the withdrawal interface.
• kp888 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks for unusual withdrawal patterns or where fraud is suspected, which may extend processing times.

5.5 Dormant Accounts. Accounts that have had no login activity for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. kp888 reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant Account balances, as set out in the applicable fee schedule published on the Platform. Users will be notified before any such fee is applied.

6.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers and other promotions offered by kp888 are subject to specific terms and conditions which are published at the time each promotion is made available. In the event of any conflict between specific promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds are typically subject to wagering requirements — a specified number of times that the bonus (and in some cases, the qualifying deposit) must be turned over in eligible wagers before the bonus can be converted to withdrawable funds. The specific wagering multiple, eligible games and minimum odds are detailed in each promotion's individual terms.

6.3 Bonus Eligibility Restrictions. The following restrictions apply to all bonuses unless otherwise stated:

• Each User is entitled to claim a particular promotion only once, unless expressly stated otherwise.
• Bonuses are not transferable between Accounts and have no cash value until applicable wagering conditions are met.
• kp888 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Where it is reasonably suspected that a User is abusing a promotion, kp888 may void any associated winnings and restrict the Account from further bonus access.

6.4 Welcome / Migration Bonuses. Where a welcome or migration bonus is offered to new Users (for example, up to PKR 10,000 for Users switching from another platform), specific eligibility criteria, wagering requirements and verification conditions will apply as published in the promotion terms. No bonus is guaranteed and kp888 reserves the right to make final eligibility determinations.

7.1 Bet Placement. All bets placed on the Platform are final once confirmed by the system. It is your responsibility to verify the details of any bet — including selection, odds, stake and event — before confirming placement. kp888 is not responsible for User errors in bet placement.

7.2 Odds Accuracy. kp888 makes reasonable efforts to ensure that odds presented are accurate and up to date. However, in the event of a manifest error — including but not limited to clearly erroneous odds, incorrect event details or system glitches — kp888 reserves the right to void any affected bets and return stakes to the relevant Accounts. Decisions regarding manifest errors are made at kp888's sole discretion.

7.3 Event Cancellations & Postponements. Where a sporting event is cancelled, postponed or otherwise not completed as scheduled (for example, a cricket match in Lahore or Karachi abandoned due to weather or other cause), the applicable sportsbook rules for that event type shall govern the settlement of related bets. These rules are available in the Platform's Help Center.

7.4 Casino & Game Results. All casino games, live dealer tables and instant games on the Platform return results based on Random Number Generation (RNG) technology or equivalent verified mechanisms. Published RTP (Return to Player) percentages, where displayed, represent theoretical long-run averages and do not guarantee specific outcomes for any individual player or session.

7.5 Currency of Settlement. All bet settlements are processed in PKR or the equivalent Account currency. Where odds feeds or game results are processed in a foreign currency, conversion to PKR is applied at the rate applicable at the time of settlement.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. kp888 reserves the right to suspend, close or permanently ban any Account found engaging in any of the following, and to withhold or void any balances or winnings associated with such conduct:

• Opening or operating more than one Account, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent personal information during registration or verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform, including for bet placement, game play or Account management.
• Exploiting bugs, errors or vulnerabilities in the Platform's software or games. Any such vulnerabilities must be reported to support immediately and must not be exploited for personal gain.
• Money laundering, placement of funds derived from illegal activities, or using the Platform to conceal the origin of funds.
• Colluding with other Users to manipulate game or bet outcomes.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile or tamper with any part of the Platform's software or security systems.
• Engaging in chargebacks, payment disputes or any other fraudulent financial behaviour.
• Sharing Account credentials with third parties or allowing third parties to operate your Account.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where it is legally prohibited and making material misrepresentations about your location.

Where kp888 determines, in its sole reasonable discretion, that a User has engaged in Prohibited Conduct, it reserves the right to take any or all of the following actions: immediate Account suspension or closure; voiding of relevant bets and game results; withholding or forfeiture of Account balance; referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

9.1 Platform Commitment. kp888 is committed to providing an environment that supports responsible play. Gambling should be treated as a form of entertainment, not a means of generating income. 9.2 Player Tools. The following tools are available to all registered Users within their Account settings:

• Deposit limits (daily, weekly and monthly)
• Loss limits (daily, weekly and monthly)
• Session time reminders and automatic session time limits
• Self-exclusion (temporary or permanent)
• Reality check notifications displaying time and session net position

9.3 Underage Gambling Prevention. Access to the Platform is strictly limited to adults aged 18 and over (or the higher minimum as applicable). kp888 employs reasonable verification measures to prevent underage access and takes reports of underage gambling seriously. If you are concerned that a minor may have accessed your Account, contact support immediately.

9.4 User Responsibility. While kp888 provides responsible gambling tools and actively promotes their use, Users are ultimately responsible for managing their own gambling behaviour. We encourage all Players to set limits proactively, to take breaks when needed, and to seek independent support if gambling stops being enjoyable or starts causing financial, social or emotional harm.

10.1 All content, design elements, software, trademarks, logos, graphics, text, data and other materials available on the Platform are the intellectual property of kp888 or its third-party licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

10.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, transmit or display any Platform content without prior written authorisation.
• Modify or create derivative works based on Platform content.
• Use any data mining, scraping or extraction tools on any part of the Platform.
• Use kp888 trademarks, logos or branding in any manner without prior written consent.

10.3 Any feedback, suggestions or ideas you provide to kp888 regarding the Platform may be used by kp888 without restriction or compensation to you.

11.1 Platform Availability. kp888 strives to maintain continuous Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. The Platform may be unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, technical issues, third-party service failures, or events beyond our reasonable control.

11.2 Exclusion of Warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kp888 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

11.3 Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kp888's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money Funds deposited by you in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.4 Consequential Loss. kp888 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss or business interruption, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.

11.5 Force Majeure. kp888 shall not be held liable for any failure to perform its obligations under these Terms where such failure results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, telecommunications failures, cyber-attacks or acts of war.

12.1 Amendments. kp888 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice — for example, via an in-platform notice or email to your registered address. Your continued use of the Platform following notification of an amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure.

12.2 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found by a court or competent authority to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

12.3 Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and kp888 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations or understandings.

12.4 Language. These Terms are written in English. In the event of any translation being provided for convenience, the English version shall prevail in all cases.
